Emergency Fluid Delivery
We deliver essential fluids to get you back on the road, such as fuel, oil, and/or water (cost of fluids not included).
Flat Tire Assistance
A service vehicle is dispatched to install your inflated spare tire. If no usable spare is available, towing will be provided to the nearest repair facility, subject to mileage limits.
Lockout Service
Up to $50 per occurrence for on-location assistance if you lock your keys/fob in your vehicle of if they are lost/broken (key/fob replacement cost not included).
Towing
Covers up to three emergency towing or roadside service events per year through Quest Towing Services. If additional services are needed, you will be responsible for all charges at the time of service.
Rental Benefits
Up to $75 reimbursement per 6 hours of labor time, with a max benefit of $450 per claim, provided for authorized repair work (time unrelated to authorized repairs not included).
Trip Interruption

If you select this option, coverage will be included for spark plug wires, coil to spark plug boots and connectors; vapor and emission cannisters; positive Crankcase ventilation valve; distributor cap and rotor, PCV valve; gas cap; smog pumps, catalytic converter, muffler, exhaust pipes; and High-voltage vehicle drive batteries.
TECHNOLOGY COVERAGE
If you select this option, coverage will be included for the following factory installed components: Head unit including display, LCD screen, DVD/Blu-ray player, GPS/navigation (excluding software); radio/CD player, rearview back-up camera; bluetooth connectivity and/or other phone communication systems; alarm system; keyless entry transmitter and receiver; early collision detection system; self-park assist system; tire pressure monitoring system; adaptive cruise control; instrument cluster; speedometer; odometer; fuel gauge; tachometer; volt and amp gauge; and temperature gauge
OIL CHANGE BENEFITS
If you select this option, you will receive $50 toward each oil change for either 6, 8, or 10 oil changes based on your selection. Payments will be issued directly to the facility upon verification
Emergency Roadside Assistance
Our Emergency Roadside Assistance provides essential coverage to help you out of a bind:
- Fluid Delivery: We'll reimburse up to the cost of emergency fluids (fuel, oil, water) needed to reach the nearest service facility.
- Flat Tire Assistance: Up to $50 per incident towards a replacement flat tire.

Additional Cosmetic Alloy Wheel Repair
If selected on the Schedule Page and the surcharge is paid, we agree to repair or recondition to the fullest extent possible any cosmetic damaged portion of an alloy wheel [less any deductible], such as minor curb rash or flaking paint, which is deemed repairable using manufacturer alloy wheel repair techniques. In the event the wheel is not repairable it will replaced. Cosmetic alloy wheel repair or replacement is limited to an aggregate of six hundred dollars ($600.00).
